1. General

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless COD is approved.
6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:

•gel polish
•top coat/base coat
•opened/used items
We only accept replacement/refund if:
•wrong item delivered
•item is damaged during delivery
•item is expired (if proven)
Customer must report within 24 hours of receiving the order with:
•unboxing video (recommended)
•clear photos of damage
•invoice/order number
8. Damaged / Missing Items
•Any claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 24 hours after delivery.
•We may request proof such as photos/videos.
9. Allergies & Skin Reactions
•We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.
•If irritation occurs, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
10. Promotions & Discounts
•Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
•Promotions are limited-time and subject to availability.
